The Profound vibration measurement System shares the key attributes of the Rion range in being a top quality product which is simple and practical to use and Logs Peak Particle Velocity in three dimensions either continuously or subject to a selectable time or level based trigger. The PPVs for each channel are stored, together with the measurement time recorded on the system’s real time clock and the system also records the dominant frequency of the maximum PPV for each measurement period.
The vibration measurement period is programmable from one second to nine hundred and ninety nine seconds and the system will store up to twelve thousand and six hundred sets of full results which equates to eight and a half days of one minute results or more than four weeks for measurement periods of ten minutes or more. The unit comes complete with extremely easy to use download software which graphically shows the results from all three directions, logged against the real time clock. The full results can be easily imported into spreadsheets for further analysis.
