The GRAS 12AK is the industry standard single channel power supply/signal condition for measurement microphone sets with Lemo connectors. The GRAS 12AK can be used with pre-polarised microphones and those requiring a 200V polarisation voltage. The GRAS 12AK can be particularly useful where special microphones have to be deployed for measing very high or very low level and/or frequency sounds.
The GRAS 12AK is a very practical unit offering a combination of wide dynamic range and low noise floor. The option to run the unit on batteries can be helpful where isolation from mains noise proves difficult. Up to 50 dB of gain is available, switchable in 10 dB steps. The signal output is via a BNC connector on the front of the unit and the GRAS 12AK has both latching and non-latching overload indicators. Linear and A-weighting filters are included and there is a switchable 20 Hz high pass filter.
The GRAS 12AK is equally at home in laboratories, testing and quality control environments. There is a 19” rack mount option available for neat and efficient mounting of multiple units.
