Rion Launches NX-43RT Octave & 1/3rd Octave Analysis Option for the NL-53

Rion has launched the NX-43RT option for the NL-53 sound level meter.  This adds octave and 1/3rd octave analysis functions to Rion’s state-of-the-art instrument.  It doesn’t just measure and log spectra, however, NX-43RT also allows you to:

  • Overlay saved spectra from previous measurements, allowing comparisons to be made between measurements when on site;
  • Display and record a sub band, which may have different time and/or frequency weightings to the main channel, handy for evaluating ground borne noise; and
  • Noise rating analysis built in.
