The MCERTS TSI Environmental DustTrak is used for particulate monitoring in ANV’s Live PM10 live-to-web system. Two variants area available, PM10 only and PM10, 4, 2.5, 1 and TSP.
The TSI Environmental DustTrak has MCERTS up to 10 000 µgm-3. Many of their competitors’ MCERTS don’t cover levels above 200 µgm-3 i.e. their certification is below the commonly applied limit of 300 µgm-3.
ANV’s experience of the TSI Environmental DustTrak is that it is exceptionally reliable and that it requires little maintenance in the field. In all but the harshest environments, we suggest and initial programme of monthly visits followed by quarterly maintenance. The maintenance procedures are simple and quick.
ANV Measurement Systems are able to offer TSI’s 3 and 5 year bumper-to-bumper warranties which include annual calibration.
TSI’s products are manufactured in the USA but their European Service Centre, which carries out calibrations and repairs, is UK based in High Wycombe. If you return the instruments to ANV, we can usually provide a calibration turnround time of a couple of weeks.
