Product Description

The RioNote is a compact, tablet-form multi-channel sound and vibration measurement platform. The basic unit is a 2 or 4 channel sound and vibration analyser. However, the sensors connect to a multichannel (2 or 4 channel) amplifier which can be housed within the tablet or connected wirelessly (up to 70m) to the tablet. Wired connection is also supported.

Multiple sensor amplifers can be used to give a channel count of up to 16.

The touch screen user interface is exceptionally intuitive and easy to use.

The RioNote is based upon an Android platform enabling the development of applications. An application could be developed to suit your specific measurement requirements.

The RioNote uniquely supports measurement of sound and vibration without the need for wired connection to the accelerometers or microphones. This could enable measurements of sound or vibration in hazardous or inaccessible locations or measurement inside and outside a building or room with the RioNote wirelessly connected to the acclerometers and/or microphones.
