If your LiveLeq, LivePPV, LivePM10 or LiveMet system incorporates a Sierra Wireless LS300 modem/wireless gateway, like the one in the image, it will no longer work when only a 3G signal is available.
Fortunately, these LivEnviro systems are modular so replacing the modem is a simple and relatively inexpensive update. It does involve sending the system back to ANV Measurement Systems in Milton Keynes but we will take opportunity to inspect the system, give it a thorough check and update the firmware of all the components to the latest versions free of charge.
